Shipping policy

Some things you should know about shipping:

 

We work hard to get your stuff to you as fast as we possibly can. Once your order is processed we’ll pull it, pack it, and send it on it’s way.

 

You have a lot of options for shipping, with a range of costs and speediness, so pick the one that makes the most sense for you. We know you want your stuff, but we don’t want you to break your piggy bank to get it.

 

Every comic comes with a bag and board, free of charge. We’ve gone the extra mile to develop a packing system that will stay in place so your stuff will get to you in the exact condition it left us. Sometimes, though, stuff happens. If a rouge elephant wanders into the post office and steps on your package (or something less awesome, but just as destructive happens) let us know so we can fix it.

 

 

Email us at support@superpowerscomics,com or call (it would be a good idea to have a phone number, but you probably don’t want to have it be your personal number… I suppose you could get another cheap phone for this? Get a flip phone and pretend you’re a drug dealer.). Help us help you by having your order number when you contact us (but don’t let the fact that sometimes people lose their order number keep you from contacting us for help).
